In the first quarter of 2024, the self-therapy and journaling app category saw varying performances across the top applications in the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower's data provides an overview of these apps' downloads, revenue, and active user trends.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner experienced a decrease in weekly revenue, starting at around $55K in the first week of January and dipping to just under $10K by the end of March. Downloads also followed a downward trend from approximately 63K to 8K, while weekly active users dropped from 159K to 102K.

Breeze: Mental Health saw its revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $27K mid-January before evening out to about $22K by the end of March. Download numbers decreased from 23K to around 10K, and active users saw a decline from 60K to 48K in the same period.

Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor had a relatively stable revenue, hovering around $7K to $8K weekly, with a slight dip at the end of March.
